  Our finished basement was flooded from a septic backup in February 2016. We contacted Vision Floors and I met with Rob after the restoration service refused to pull out carpeting that had been flooded with septic system contaminated water. Rob was helpful in identifying the type of product that we had and determining its value. He provided thorough estimates for our claim and helped us pick replacement materials. Based on Vision's recommendation, our insurance company agreed to replace the contaminated carpeting. There were countless delays as we dealt with the insurance company and contractors for other flood-related repairs. Throughout the whole process, Rob was the only reliable vendor that we worked with and he stayed in frequent contact with me. The install was performed last week (August 31 -- under 10 days from when I finally notified Rob that we were ready to order the flooring). after the other repair work was finally completed). We are quite happy with the finished results (combination of carpet and vinyl plank). Of the vendors that we worked with for this repair, Vision Floors is the only one that we plan to do business with again in the future.

  We had two rooms done on two separate occasions, one for carpet and one for luxury vinyl planks. Pricing on both jobs was competitive, and the service here beat everyone else by a mile. The carpet we had installed. Rob was great about coming over and helping us pick a color, and was diligent at keeping us informed of timing as the installation went forward. The install was quick and easy. I installed the plank myself, but Rob was again very helpful at picking out something that would work for us. When I ran out of product with just three planks left to go (ugh!) Rob ordered us another box and took a loss due to the shipping, which was a great service. The poor measurement of the room was my fault, not his. If I need any more flooring done, I'm definitely coming back here.

  Best flooring goods customer service experience I've had. Rob and Jason guided and executed our flooring project without missing a beat! Our timelines were tight and they were accommodating throughout the entire process while updating on the details continuously, I never had to worry! All our installs look great, couldn't be happier.
