Went in to switch service from Sprint, I ported over 4 lines after being told that the discount from my work would be 25% off the data portion of the bill. After asking for the Unlimited Choice Plus family plan I found out a few days later that I was activated on the Unlimited Choice (capped data speed). They also messed up porting one of my numbers over, which took 2 days to correct and forgot to install a sim card in one of our phones. I was also told from customer service that my plan does not qualify for the employee discount. I called this local store back to ask why I was misled about my plan's discount and pricing, the manager never offered an apology or remedy to the situation. If you aren't going to take accountability for your employees then I don't want to do business with you. I'll never return to this store again, and may just return my devices and cancel all together.
