  Shelby is awesome! After spending 3 days talking to people about my order, getting the run around on the phone for at least 3 hours over three days and getting different answers as to why my order was stuck in limbo, I went in to the store and Shelby had it all straightened out and me out the door with the phone in half an hour. And it was cheaper than I would have paid online! She was very helpful and extremely patient in listening to my situation. What a great employee you have here!! Thanks again for all your help!
