  DO NOT under any circumstances - rent/lease/buy from these people. They are crooks, liars, and con-artists. The web site advertises weekly furniture rates, you call them and they give you a B.S. total for the rental in my case a bed rental for $250.00. I'm only here for a few months for business. Then when you go in, you do the application and 30 mins later they hand you this small stack of paperwork and rush you through signing it with no real explanation. Then you look at the price and it is more the twice the agreed price. Then you complain - say you don't want it so the guy goes into this B.S. about "damage waiver coverage" and other B.S. fees they just added on without asking. He says he will "waive" them. What a guy. Then it brings it down to about $320.00. You say no way. Then he "does you a favor" by actually honoring the original price but he says that only includes the mattress, boxsprings and frame, not the complete bed??? WTF??? You explain to the idiot for that price you could BUY your own mattress and boxsprings. He finally relents and adds the rest of the bed with a phony smile and handshake after 10 minutes of back and fourth. You know by now that you should give him the middle finger but at that point you have spent an hour doing the application etc and you are inconvenienced so you just roll with it and hope the guy keeps his word. Then when it is delivered, only one guy shows up. So guess who has to help him carry it up the stairs and set it up? You do! Then you discover that all you are getting is the mattress and boxsprings on a frame. No headboard, no footboard - just a freakin mattress on a frame. So you tell the delivery guy it's going back and you want a refund. So now you bring everything back down to the truck. You call the store - which is across town. You tell them you want a refund, they inconvenience you even more by making you drive across town to their store for the refund. So then you get smart and you go to Walmart and buy a high grade Queen size inflatable mattress for $75 that you can also use camping and all is right in the world. Again DO NOT do business with these con-men. And P.S. the other Rentacenter wanted to charge me even more at the beginning when I called. They are just as bad.

  I wish I could give 0 stars. First they liked to us about the price then brought roaches into our house. They didn't give us the hoses for the washer because they didn't want to unscrew the old ones. Which would do is no good when we move because the house is a rental and the old washer is not our property. Then refused a payment because we were a few dollars short and then proceeded to harrass our references and baby sitter. Came to our house after hours while our kids were with the sitter and banged on the doors and windows then left our front gate open and our Husky got out. My kid's were out in the cold looking for him and crying because they were afraid he'd be hit or lost. Thank God we found him. Then my fiance set a time for them to come pick up their stuff because we are over them and they came right after we left again frightening my kid's. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them.
