Even after I mentioned that this was a problem that could wait til the next day, as to not make Rick start a project at night, he told me he didn't want to leave me without hot water and would be at my house shortly. This is a man who cares about his customers and takes pride in his work and business. The problem was fixed quick and easy, and the quoted price was very reasonable. All future plumbing business will be done through Precision.
