  Ordered a couch, two high back chairs, and a chair and a half. When the couch was delivered, it was the wrong color. The fabric on the couch was meant to be the same fabric on the chair and a half so that they matched. That was the whole reason we chose that particular couch. At first, it was seemingly impossible to get the salesperson to call us back. It took several repeated attempts to even speak to her. And when we finally managed to talk to her, she argued with us about what color the couch was supposed to be and insisted that they had sent the correct item. She didn’t even remember the conversation about getting the matching fabrics... even though my wife and I both remembered it. The next day, they called and told us that they would be sending the corect couch in two weeks. Well, it’s been three weeks since that happened. And when we called today, we were told that the couch is finished, but it hasn’t been loaded onto the truck. It’s just sitting a box. You would think that with the issues that we’ve had, some sort of effort would be made to expedite the process. Apparently not. It’s going to be at least another two weeks until we get the couch. We’ve been the only ones making contact in order to get updates. It’s been nothing but indifference and apathy from everyone we’ve dealt with at the store. This is the last time we’ll be dealing with La-Z-Boy.

  I can't express how fascinated I am with quality of service I received at Lazy Boy today. First, let me say that I went there prior to the holidays "just looking" at possibilities. Long story short, I knew I would be back to buy mainly because of the time they took to show me around; the selections were endless and the talent Phil Orr (design consultant) has for making an overwhelming process seem like a cake walk! He is a jewel!! Phil's innate ability to put together pieces and pull color out of design would make a drab shed into a beautiful castle. I highly recommend Lazy Boy and please make a point to talk to Phil...talented is an understatement.
