  Spilled my water all over the waiting area, with children running around on Labor Day (I have expert timing), and they let me grab the spool of paper towels to clean it up while checking on the availability of my hoped-for purchase. An upgrade from my previous grill by the same brand that did fit in my Subaru hatch, this one did not, but not after Randy and I gave it a good five minutes' sweat (while turning down my three attempts at a $5 tip and yes you're allowed to cringe I know) before concluding that it wouldn't fit. Expert listener that I am, I asked Joe for channel locks (Bonnie and a young lady whose name starts with 'S' that my handwriting betrayed) to pair with the screwdriver the help desk let me have (along with the paper towels). We unhinged quite a bit, in our attempts, before concluding it was best for the grill to grab a seat in the SUV that my dad just showed up in. Everybody there was helpful and patient and smarter than me. My wife's birthday, and before it rained that night I grilled my $5 worth for a party -- chicken wings in a wok, a crab boil, corn and asparagus on the grill -- all on that grill. Thanks for the help on that one.
