  Reading the other reviews, seems some people do not understand how H&M works. This is a European clothing brand with a high turnover, tight production, and quite the quality differences within store-brands. H&M's inventory can completely change in two weeks. H&M is known for this and often written up in fashion and business magazines and blogs because of how quick they can sketch-to-store. For me, H&M is an ideal mall store because it fails at being predictable. If I know exactly what I want, I'll get it online and save time, gas, and fighting crowds. While I do get that that very thing is frustrating to some, hopefully this review gets people's expectations adjusted. Seeing something online and hoping to find it in store - don't even bother with H&M. Rather, just come and browse and expect to find that random find. H&M does random better than any other store. I come to browse every couple weeks knowing there is a good chance to find something right up my style at a great price - a good chance it's the only item like that in all the Midwest. I frequent Illinois and Indianapolis H&M locations and rarely see the same inventory. As for the cheap, yes H&M has a few product lines that are very cheap; I wouldn't recommend the $5 shirts or anything fake leather. $5 for a shirt, what do you expect? But there is quality stuff here at great prices. The & (Ampersand) jeans are not low quality at all. There's a sustainable/recycled brand making the suitable statement for those inclined to Green living. And H&M has some celebrity brands with unique designs exclusive to H&M and unavailable anywhere else. The well laid out store, ever changing inventory and great prices, variety of designs and styles, lowest priced suits one can find, and the selection of shoes, ties, underwear, jeans, sweaters, shirts, and the rest - from generic to a bit flamboyant - that is why I shop at H&M. Without sounding like I work here (nope) or getting paid for this review (I wish) I'd give 6 stars if I could.
